COMING THIS WEEK:

PULSE: http://soundscapes.us/pulse
=======================================================================
PULSE plays at the level of a tribute band without specializing on any
one band. This is no mean feat! This high caliber Classic Rock band
plays the music of Steely Dan, Santana, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Moody
Blues, Jethro Tull, Blues Brothers, Beatles, and other top shelf
groups. The group includes Greg Van Allen (guitars and vocals), Rod
Gilkeson (vocals), Bob Ashmore (Keyboards), Bill Fox (bass and vocals),
and Billy Fenstermacher (drums and vocals).

Having a party? Hire Pulse to play and your friends will talk about
your party for months to come.

On Friday, September 4, Pulse will play at Rascal's Food and Fun at
10:00 pm. Another new venue so we need to impress the owners by having
lots of people walk through the doors.

On Friday, September 11, Pulse will return to Mixx Nightclub (formerly
TK's Lounge) in Allentown. Come enjoy the best in Classic Rock. You
KNOW that Pulse plays different songs than all the other bands in the
area. So come on out for a rare treat. Show starts at 9:30 pm.

RED: http://redacoustic.com
=======================================================================
The acoustic power duo RED consists of Karl Eisenhart (guitar and
vocals from Pinnacle) and Chris Michels (violin, mandolin, and vocals).

On Friday from 8:00 to 11:00, RED will be playing at Bear Creek as
usual. http://skibearcreek.com

Visit Red's website for a coupon. Print it out and save money on great
food to eat while listening to fabulous music every Friday night.

THE AM/FM SHOW ON WMUH: http://soundscapes.us/amfm
=======================================================================
My next stint on the AM/FM Show will be Saturday, September 5 at 6 am
(EDT/GMT-4:00/ITZ-5:00). I will continue the special on Sequences
Electronic Music Magazine's sampler CDs in Phase 1.

I alternate hosting the show with Bruce. When I am at the helm, the
show features electronic, ambient, and spacemusic at the beginning, an
eclectic mix of genres in the middle, and winds up with Progressive
Rock.

Tune in at 91.7 FM or on the internet at
http://muhlenberg.edu/wmuh/WMUH.ram

MUNICIPAL BAND OF ALLENTOWN http://municipalband.org
=======================================================================
The Municipal Band of Allentown plays on Tuesday, September 8 at 7:30
pm at West Park for one of the last times this year. This concert is
out doors and subject to weather conditions. But it's FREE!

COMING SOON:

XEROID ENTITY: http://xeroid-entity.com
=======================================================================
Xeroid Entity is an electronic music ensemble consisting of Howard
Moscovitz, Greg Waltzer, and Bill Fox. Our CDs are available at
http://electro-music.com.

Xeroid Entity will perform at the electro-music festival which takes
place at the end of October. Details are at
